Cinderella Panto

Cinderella must be one of the most popular pantomimes of all time and this year is playing at the Helix from 2nd December till 17th January. This classic love story tale of Cinderella (Carol Anne Ryan) and her Prince Charming (Eoin Cannon) is packed full of boos, hisses, dancing and signing and features the hilarious comic duo of Paul Purcell and Aidan Mannion as the Ugly Sisters.

Jack and the Beanstalk

Join Jack on his giant adventure to rescue the lovely princess and escape with all his limbs at the Gaiety in Jack and the Beanstalkfrom 29th November till 31st January. With plenty of songs, dancing and comedy along the way this is sure to be gigantic Fe-Fi-Fop-Fun for all the family.

Robin Hood

Be transported to Sherwood Forest and join Robin (Noel V. Ginnity), Maid Marion (Linda Martin) and the band of Merry Men in Robin Hood at the Olympia. Running from 18th December through till 16th January this hit is packed with action, fights, songs, adventure, comedy and of course plenty of “he’s behind you”’s.

Christmas Markets

Try something different and find that special gift at one of the outdoor Christmas markets this year. With over 50 stalls at nearby Docklands “12 Days of Christmas” market or enjoy the unique ambience of the Farmleigh food market where, sheltered in the Victorian Courtyard, you’ll find some of the finest home grown Irish produce including pickles and chutneys, cheeses and chocolates and fish or game for your winter table.
